Our Management and Development Programs are on two levels Different Companies have different ways of developing the leaders of their companies. We are ready to design / co-design the leadership programs based on the leaderships Framework or Model that the company wants to use. However, we also have CMC designed programs that can be implemented and customized according to client’s requirements and priorities like competency based leadership development programs. The Supervisory Program focus on the duties and responsibilities of a Supervisor and managing the transition from the R and F / Staff level moving on to the leadership role. There will be a short introduction to PLOC – to help new Supervisors understand that they are the frontline managers of the company. The MDP will focus on an advanced understanding of PLOC, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Communication and other prioritize roles can be further customized to suit the current state of the company like Quality Certifications of the Company, QMS, EMS, TS, 16949 (OHSAS?) where more advanced Management and Supervisory skill building tools can be offered more advanced Programs.

Leaders are expected to coach their Direct Reports who have different performance needs. We can use different Performance Based Coaching Models, depending on the approved model, culture and priorities of the company. The objective of the Course is to equip leaders (Managers and Supervisors, Team Leaders) with Coaching skills like Counseling, Tutoring, Mentoring, Confronting and Challenging employees so that their overall performance will improve.
Is a short course that develops the skills of personnel who are expected to do certain components of the Accounting Cycle basically bookkeeping, cashiering, tellering and etc., the course can also be designed for Managers who are expected to watch the profitability and cost effectiveness of the operations. There will be Practice Sessions and the number of days will depend of this scope of client’s requirements.
The workshop ideally can be given to participants who are working for the first time. They are given inputs on life planning, career planning, financial planning to help then succeed in the workplace. It develops a forward looking approach to Career Development as a business Strategy for retaining people. We can design the program based on the age clusters of participants until retirement. The program can be given to redundated employees who need to plan their life after living the company.
Our Managing Change Workshops can address both personal and Organizational Changes. We can design the workshop based on the needs of the company. Managing Change as an introduction can be participated in by all Team Leaders, Supervisors and Managers who are leading their people towards successful change. A Managing Change Workshop can be given to the Planning Team who is expected to draw up the Planned Change document (arising from restructuring, Process Improvement, Redundation etc.) The Planned Change Document will serve as the blueprint for the transition process. This workshop can be given on the Mancom or Departmental Team levels.

The workshop can cover Structure of Letters and Documents, Employment Instruments, Sales and Collection Letters, Inter-Office Documents, Letters for Public Relations, Favorable and Unfavorable Replies, Postal Products and Service, Electronic Business Communication, like Minutes of Business Meeting, Business Proposals and Reports
This is a customized Program intended to provide / train participants on how to get along with co-workers and supervisors, dealing with workplace dilemmas, Cubicles / Office etiquette, Behavior in meetings, Keeping meeting running smoothly, Business Meals, office parties and other concerns including relationships between the male and female. It can be expanded further into travel and leisure.
The Customer Service Excellence Workshop is a program that responds to delivery of products and services within the expectations of our customers. It covers both the procedural and personal sides of services, including paying attention to customer’s needs, handling difficult customers and solving problems of customers. We can customize the program as a channel for deploying the best practices or protocols of Customer Service in the company. If a company does not have its own manual for Customer Service Practices, we can develop the manual by documenting the CSE Policies , procedures and Protocols.
